The Edwin Smith papyrus, the world’s oldest surgical document,
states that an injury of the spinal cord that renders the
patient “unconscious of his two legs and his two arms” is “an
ailment not to be treated.”

Lets discuss how to manage protocol for SCI in our setup

As having a standardized protocol for spinal cord injury for that matter any trauma is highly desirable
Lets debate all the controversies and Do's and dont's   of SCI pts....

To start with lets prescribe Philadelphia collar for all clinically significant column injury pts instead of the routine hard cervical collar..What say??
